Quality Assurance Analyst | 55932 Permanent / Max Term Gold Coast This role is part of multi-billion UNITE program How will I help? This position sits within the Consumer Technology team and will be responsible for troubleshooting, optimising and delivering high quality banking products for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Identify and escalate defects found during testing according to set procedures to ensure timely resolution, minimizing impact on project quality and schedule Manage test infrastructure, execute automated tests, and continuously maintain automated test cases Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to other engineers Write and execute test cases Develop automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance mobile app performance Determine the automatable and non-automatable test scope for each Sprint/Release Perform both automated and manual validation/testing of banking apps on Mobile (IOS Android), and desktop platforms Ability to write clear bug reports quickly and concisely and collaborate with developers to get them fixed What’s in it for me? To be successful for this position you should be a highly skilled and experienced Test Automation Engineer. The ideal candidate will posses industry recognised testing certifications such as ISQTB Foundation and ASQTB Mobile Testing, along with proven experience in both automation and functional testing. Proficiency in API testing tools like POSTMAN, Charles and BURP, as well as web app automation using Playwrite, is essential. You should have strong skills in both automation and manual testing, familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Kotlin or C#, and experience with code management tools like Git.
