About the role: Accountable to the Executive Director, some of your duties as the Executive Assistant may involve: Providing an efficient and effective administrative support service. Providing administrative support to divisional committees, and undertake project management tasks as delegated. Establishing priorities, ensuring that allocated tasks are performed to a high standard within specific deadlines. Contributing to the general up keeping of the office. About you: High level of personal organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines. Extensive experience in the provision of secretarial services to senior managers. Demonstrated experience in the preparation of committee papers, taking minutes at meetings, and following-up action items. Proven experience in basic computing skills, including email.
