This is a Permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday.
As our new Childcare Permanent Educator, you will be responsible for the development and fostering of meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community. You will support and guide children's learning, while developing your own career and knowledge within the childcare sector. As an Educator with Journey Early Learning, you will be supported by your Centre Leadership Team, as you learn the fundamental skills of being an inspired Educator within the Journey family.
Key Responsibilities Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children Assist in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests and preferences Design and implement activities to be included in children's developmental program Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment Who are you?
You are creative and child-focused with a passion to lead and develop age-specific programs and daily routines. You will work as part of the centre team, building strong relationships with Educators, children, and families.
