We are seeking an Operations Technician INLEC to join our team in Darwin at our Ichthys LNG facility on a 12-month maximum term contract. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.
Key responsibilities include:
* Reporting to the Maintenance Team Lead and responsible for executing Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance at the Onshore LNG processing facility
* Perform planned, unplanned and corrective maintenance activities
* Accurately report maintenance information in SAP as per the WMS procedures.
* Shutdown and campaign maintenance preparation and execution.
Successful candidates will have:
* Electrical Trade Certificate
* Electrical A Class license (any Australian State, or International with local endorsement)
* Extensive experience as an Instrument and Electrical Maintainer in an Operational environment.
* Desirable to have Onshore LNG maintenance experience.
* Demonstrate high competency in the principles, practices and execution of Instrumentation and Electrical Equipment maintenance.
* Demonstrate high competency in fault finding and troubleshooting on Instrumentation and Electrical Equipment.
* Skilled practitioner in the maintenance of the following equipment:
o ICSS / DCS Systems
o Turbine Control Systems
o PLC’s
o HV Electrical Generation and Switching
o Vibration Monitoring Systems
o General Instrumentation
o UPS – Uninterruptable Power Supplies
o Electrical Switchboards and Distribution
o Hydraulic control systems
o Functional Safety
