Join us in building a supportive and inclusive team!Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Customer Support Agent to join us at the Student Village Melbourne, on a fixed-term contract, part-time basis.
Working hours are 3 days a week from 9am – 5pm on Fridays, and 7am – 3pm on Saturday and Sundays with the potential for additional shifts during peak times/annual leave coverage.Reporting to the Operations Manager, this person will possess energy, positivity, and initiative and be committed, flexible, confident, and team-focused.
The ideal candidate would demonstrate integrity and high ethical standards.This position is fixed-term until January 2026.Key ResponsibilitiesConsistent delivery of exceptional customer service, providing friendly and helpful support to residents and visitors.Assist residents with account enquiries, information on support services, local area information, and facilities information.Assist with property inspections during tenancy, pre, and post-arrival.Ensure that high levels of detail and accuracy are applied to customer records.Ensure all associated policies and procedures are followed.Provide accurate and timely information to prospective residents.Create a positive impression for all prospective customers.Promote a customer-first culture and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.Desired Skills and ExperienceSkills and ExperienceCommitment to consistently delivering the highest levels of customer service.Experience in a similar role, preferably in an accommodation setting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organisational and planning skills.Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, database management systems, web content management systems, and Adobe InDesign.Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check.How to ApplyTo submit your application for this opportunity, please send your cover letter, updated CV, and any other supporting documentation, marked to the attention of the 'Operations Manager' by clicking Apply Now.Campus Living Villages is an equal opportunity employer.
