Tresillian are currently recruiting for an Administrative Services Officer to join our Tresillian Queen Elizabeth II (QEII) in Curtin, Canberra. You will be required to work on a 7 day rotating roster which includes 1-2 weekends per month.
We are currently advertising for the following positions – please indicate on your application which position you are applying for:
1. Permanent part time 28 hours per week
2. Temporary part time maternity relief 32 hours per week up until 1 July 2026
3. Casual position
The Administrative Services Officer is responsible for providing ‘front of house’ welcoming customer service to clients and staff entering the premises and the associated reception, medical record management and administration tasks.
Selection Criteria
1. Previous experience and knowledge of reception and administrative procedures including simple switchboard operating skills.
2. High level communication and public relation skills.
3. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction and undertake complex tasks and to organize and manage multiple tasks.
4. Medium to high level competence in the use of computer programs Word and Excel including data entry.
5. Experience with EPIC DHR (the ACT patient administration system) or willing to learn.
6. Basic knowledge of Medical Records maintenance procedures including knowledge of disease index or willing to learn.
7. Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
8. Demonstrated well developed and effective written skills.

Prior To Commencement Successful Candidates Will Be Required To
