Job Title: Service Officer
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Service Officers to join our busy team. As a Service Officer, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls with individuals and corporations to recover funds or negotiate payment arrangements for outstanding funds.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer experience while showing empathy and resilience.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls in a call centre environment.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong computer literacy is essential.
* High level of interpersonal skills and experience working in a team environment.
* Experience in sales, banking, debt collection, or dispute resolution is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated customer service experience in a challenging and high demand environment.
* The ability to interact with a diverse range of customers and build relationships.
* The ability to interpret and apply legislation and follow set procedures.
