FCS specialise in all aspects of concrete and civil work, project management, structural, mechanical, electrical installation, and site maintenance.With various projects spread across Australia, FCS are building a reputation for following safe work practices, growth, and ensuring our team are well trained and rewarded.About the RoleDue to significant growth in the business, we have a new opportunity for a dedicated Health Safety Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Coordinator to join our team.You'll be employed on a full-time basis predominantly on site where you have the opportunity to make this brand-new role your very own!Key Responsibilities:Maintain and monitor compliance with FCS Integrated Management System in compliance with ISO45001, ISO9001, and ISO14001.Ensuring compliance with current legislations and standards.Complete safety inspections and audits in compliance with legislations and FCS policies and procedures.Reporting nonconformance and implementing improvements.Provide support for the HSE process, including incident investigation and reporting functions.Provide advice and guidance to the Project Management team on WHS legislation and company direction.Facilitate and maintain Project Management Plans – SWMS, JSA, plans, inspections, reporting, KPI's relating to projects risks.Assist with weekly and monthly project reporting requirements.Manage all compliance registers and inspections.Deliver meetings and training sessions.Participate in construction methodologies, lift studies, quality control, risk identification and mitigation workshops.Driving health and wellbeing initiatives.Essential – Skills and Attributes:Highly organised and a strong communicator.Ability to analyse information.Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.Ability to understand and follow verbally or written instructions.Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.Excellent communication with clients, contractors and fellow employees.Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills.Proven high quality experience producing correspondence and documents.Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with other employees, managers and Client Stakeholders.Ability to evaluate and implement appropriate work methods.Assess situations and problem solve to find best outcomes for all parties.Ability to observe proper safety precautions.Strong focus on safety and meeting safety expectations.Ability to complete tasks efficiently to high quality standards.Results driven.
