About the Role The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing community based occupational therapy interventions for a wide range of client groups including those receiving: ✅ Commonwealth Home Support Funding ✅ Home Care Package Funding ✅ National Disability Insurance Services (NDIS) ✅ Private Fee-for-Service Clients Services include, but are not limited to: Home-based assessments focusing on daily living, mobility, and home safety. Client assessment, intervention planning, and report writing. Equipment applications for government programs. Recommending and designing minor & major home modifications. Clearly communicating assessed needs to clients and stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience: Relevant degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA (or ability to maintain registration). Current C or CA class Driver’s License. Ability to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances.
