Heres a snapshot of your day; Selling off the plan premium architecturally designed projects with premium finishes throughout, that are new to market and first time offered Coordinate to clients through phone calls to ensure appointments are booked during the week outside open times as well as walk ins to actively sell apartments Monitor and facilitate completion of sales including liaising with purchasers, solicitors and buyers for timely payment exchange and deposits Attend all the required Sales Meetings arriving on time and prepared. Coordinate follow up with client enquiries within 24 hours Grade buyers A, B or C and focus on A buyers using our CRM system Identify CBRE projects and the competitors stock intimately Adhere to CBRE systems - CRM, Email, Weekly Planner, Sales Enquiry Sheets Here are some of the strengths youll possess and the background youll need to be successful; Current NSW Real Estate registration Certificate holder Available to work both Saturday and Sundays with a valid driver license and car Professional Sales skills coupled with knowledge of the Real Estate sector Strong presentation skills with the ability to handle objections and close sales Excellent communication and inter-personal skills Maintain an attitude that is pro-active, energetic, open, honest, friendly and professional Possess strong time management and organisational ability to ensure the right levels of activity Team player who readily supports the team and Senior Management So, whats in it for you?
