Business Operational Risk Managers deliver the foundations for risk governance, and the frameworks for core operational risk management processes and specific material risks. You’ll work with Banking and Financial Services stakeholders and their teams to drive a strong, proactive risk culture and a clear understanding of the risk framework.What you offerTechnology expertise with operational risk management or assurance experience.Ability to think laterally, problem solve and grasp abstract concepts and complex situations.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to initiate and lead conversations with business stakeholders and risk management colleagues regarding anticipated and emerging issues are essential.Knowledge with IT General controls & processes such as Software Development Life Cycle, Access and Cybersecurity.Good understanding of financial services environment and technology platform such as public cloud / SaaS.
