We are currently recruiting for a National Licensing Coordinator Administrative Assistant to join our Audit & Training team to support our Offshore, Remote and Urban portfolios across Australia.

The Role: This role plays a vital role in supporting the National Licensing Manager with organisational tasks like payment of all licensing renewals, data entry, maintaining databases, and filing.
This position also requires support with liquor licensing obligations on a national basis with existing liquor licensing and food business licences across Australia.
This role often requires liaising between internal teams and external regulatory bodies or stakeholders.
Their contributions help minimise the risk of non-compliance, streamline processes, and support the overall goals of the organisation.
Role Responsibilities: Maintain Food businesses, Liquor, Tobacco, Schedule 2, Dangerous Goods, Omega Security Services, and Labour Hire Authority national data registers.Payment of all food businesses, liquor, tobacco, Schedule 2, Dangerous Goods, Omega Security Services, and Labour Hire Authority renewals.Support applications for food business licences/registrations, tobacco permits, Schedule 2 poisons permits, dangerous goods permits, lodging house certifications, and various shire-based permits.Support coordination with sites and site managers to update liquor licenses, including add/varies, alterations/redefinitions, one-off events, and occasional licenses, while providing guidance and assistance to these sites where required.Support the mobilisation team with operational business critical licensing requirements for new sites.Any other work as directed on an adhoc basis.Liaise with the National Licensing Manager as a team member.Liaise with Area/Operations Managers and Unit Managers to seek assistance and receive the required information to submit applications in a timely manner.Manage queries for all states' remote sites for all site base licensing requirements.Experience, Qualifications, and Competency Requirements: Data entry and (electronic) filing experience.A working knowledge of Compass Group entities.Knowledge and understanding of WA, NT, SA, QLD, NSW, and VIC liquor licensing requirements (not essential).Able to learn, adapt, and pivot at an ever-changing work scope.#J-18808-Ljbffr
