Our client has an excellent reputation in the market with a strong track record in private equity for the middle market. This is a newly created role within the team, driven by growth in FUM, increased deal flow, and an excellent track record since inception. The investment team completes a deal per month across the full spectrum of corporate credit lending, including mezzanine, preferred equity, and senior secured loans. The team also has a strong track record in structured finance and warehousing deals, operating in the middle market with typical deal sizes between $50-$125 million, predominantly all deals are bilateral.We are seeking candidates with exceptional technical skills across commerciality and financial modelling. Candidates should be highly confident in analyzing complex data sets related to investment opportunities with incomplete information. Candidates must be able to build an LBO and three-way financial statement model from scratch. Due to these requirements, our client prefers candidates from investment banking backgrounds. The candidate should have 3-5 years of investment banking experience, and our client is open-minded to all sectors.
