Responsibilities: Collecting information about a property and arranging for the appropriate marketing material to be createdKeeping up to date with the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market in DubaiCreating and attending property valuationsCreating and attending property viewingsNegotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to the offer stageMonitoring sales and lettings as they proceed with the assistance of our Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teamsRegular care calls to all clients following up after each viewingKeeping up to date with market trends in the local property marketGenerating new business via the company's database and through networkingProperty Sales/Lettings Consultants will also liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, sales progressors, and other real estate agencies during a transaction Qualifications Experience in sales is an advantage but not essentialExcellent written and spoken skills in EnglishA positive and hard-working attitudeSmart business dress is required at all timesOur team is expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standardsYou should be punctual and contribute to the development of the companyAn excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, and a supportive team playerAus/UK/UAE driving license and own vehicle (we can arrange a hire car)Seniority levelEntry level
