The Human Resources Manager is a key role in developing the sourcing, onboarding and professional development and of all staff in an organisation. It often projects the performance and endurance of solid business model. Currently we have a need for an experienced HR Manager to ensure we are fully compliant with our processes, policies and procedures when it comes to recruiting the right support staff.
You will need to possess the right skills for:
Sourcing candidates based in AU
Onboarding new staff
Organising and oversight of professional development and training of staff
Ensuring that existing staff are familiar with the Policies and Procedures within the business
Experience:
2-3 years minimum as a HR Manager or Senior Recruitment Officer
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work to stringent deadlines
Flexible to work in different time zones
A high degree of integrity and loyalty for the organisation
Excel admin skills, especially with Admin and PPT Presentations
