The program is a statewide initiative supported by Clinical Excellence Queensland to provide a structured program designed to upskill critical care nurses working in regional areas by accelerating the participant's engagement in learning within the tertiary critical care areas at Townsville University Hospital. This opportunity also supports the nursing workforce to attain their professional goals by expanding clinical skills and theoretical knowledge, while gaining the confidence and competence required to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of the critically ill patient.The purpose of this role is to provide:Specialised project management skills and services for nursing projects related to the Intensive Care Strength with Immersion (SwIM) Program, inclusive of key deliverables associated with the project such as delivery of the SwIM program and reporting requirements.Educational expertise, in supporting and coordinating participants undertaking the Intensive Care SwIM Program within the Intensive Care Unit of the Townsville University Hospital.Engagement of key stakeholders to achieve expected project outcomes.What's on offer:Generous remuneration packagevalue up to $9607 p.m. comprising:Salary range of $66.85 to $72.58 p.h.
