About the Role
The Director's Secretary will perform general administration and secretarial duties, including mail, typing, formatting, photocopying, data entry, and filing.
They will also prepare and distribute meeting agendas, source venues, facilities, equipment, and catering if required, and record and prepare confidential meeting minutes.
As the primary point of contact, they will manage all incoming and outgoing communication.
Key responsibilities include coordinating leave, movement, and payroll forms related to Payroll reports and reviewing these fortnightly.
