The ideal candidate will have prior conveyancing experience and solid knowledge in the field. You could have worked previously as a Conveyancer, Paralegal, or Administration Assistant in a conveyancing department. This role is temporary in nature with the potential to become long-term, but there are no guarantees that it will become permanent. Your new role will likely see you involved in the following: A-Z file handling for residential and commercial clients from start to finish; Attending to queries, both incoming and outgoing, for clients, real estate agents, banks, brokers, and other solicitors; Ordering and compiling checking searches; Preparing settlement figures and booking in settlements; Compiling Title Office forms and ensuring adherence to all procedures; Any other ad hoc tasks related to your role and skills.
