The Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority is seeking a Project Manager, International Education to lead the development of policies and processes for the commercialisation of QCAA’s curriculum assessment and certification products and services, particularly related to transnational education.What You Will DoIn the Project Manager role, you will:Lead and influence the development of frameworks, policies and processes that establish due diligence requirements for governance within local and offshore schools engaged in partnership arrangements to deliver the QCE.Lead and manage effective partnerships with various government and non-government agencies including Department of Education International (DEi), Independent Schools Queensland (ISQ), the Queensland Catholic Education Commission (QCEC), the Queensland Non-state Schooling Accreditation Board (NSSAB) and the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC).Undertake comprehensive research and stakeholder consultation within Queensland, interstate and internationally to refine governance and administrative frameworks supporting the offshore delivery of the Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE).Lead the delivery of resources and tools, including guidelines and templates, to support due diligence practices (financial, regulatory, legal and credit assessments) for the initial assessment and monitoring of offshore QCE delivery in partnership arrangements between local and international schools.Implement the administration of due diligence processes for the governance and administration of delivery of the QCE relevant to local and international schools, including the assessment of new school applicants.Prepare briefings, correspondence and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Effectively manage project timelines and resources, coordinate and negotiate across the division and multiple business units to achieve program milestones.Participate in forums, workshops and discussion groups in relation to the work of the QCAA.This role reports to the Director, Corporate Services.
