The Moe Neighbourhood House Committee of Management (CoM) is seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead and develop our well-established, growing organisation. This role is ideal for a dynamic and visionary leader with a talent for innovation, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a passion for working with diverse community members to drive meaningful community development.

Classification: Social and Community Service Employee, Level 7.1
Hours: Permanent Part-Time, 30 hours per week (Monday-Friday, with flexibility)
Location: Moe, Victoria
Reporting To: Committee of Management (CoM)
Moe Neighbourhood House is a not-for-profit community-based organisation dedicated to enhancing well-being, community involvement, and connectedness through a range of programs and services. We are looking for a Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, staff and volunteer management, and the development and implementation of programs that align with the strategic direction set by the CoM, as well as the service agreements with funding bodies and applicable legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage staff, volunteers, and day-to-day operations.
* Develop and oversee programs and services that align with community needs and the strategic direction of the CoM.
* Build partnerships with external stakeholders and engage the local community.
* Manage finances, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and secure funding through grant applications.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in a community-based organisation, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Strong understanding of community development principles and a commitment to inclusiveness.
