AltaCP as part of OSHGroup are seeking a Registered Psychologist for an important leadership role within the group. Ideally with a Masters degree in Organisational or Clinical Psychology this role will work in both a clinical capacity and as a leader growing and developing the business as well as leading a team of highly qualified psychologists delivering a large suite of clinical and organisational services for our extensive client base. Our services include but are not limited to conducting Psychological Fitness for Work assessments, providing trauma and critical incident debrief and counselling organisational consulting, psychometrics, executive coaching, leadership development, facilitation, psychosocial risk and mental health education. We are passionate about our clients, both individuals and organisations and making sure the best possible outcomes are achived. This involves being an innovator in psychological health through Mental Health Strategy, Leadership and Culture Development, Mental Health Education, Psychological Assessment and Psychometric Profiling, as well as working at the individual level with coaching and counselling. We work with clients across the resources sector, professional services and government. As a psychologist in the AltaCP team, you will: be welcomed into (and become part of) a collegial environment work amongst other enthusiastic and highly experienced psychologists have an opportunity to broaden your experience and lead others work in a friendly environment with ongoing clinical and administrative support be able participate in, and contribute to, helping our clients to thrive be supported to promote your areas of interest Receive support and supervision You have: Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a psychologist Have a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in industry Experience in Psychological Fitness for Work assessment Experience in mental health education and facilitation Experience in Psychosocial Risk Experience working with complex presentations and with Trauma Strong CBT skills and experience with other therapeutic modalities (e.g. DBT, schema therapy, Trauma informed, ACT, EDMR an advantage) Resource sector, and occupational health and safety experience Experience with crisis and critical incident response Skills in business development and building relationships Essential criteria required are: Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a highly productive environment as part of a team The ability to think with a solution focused approach which you will apply to individuals, teams, and organisations Deep knowledge and understanding of current research and evidence-based approaches relevant to the well-being of executive leaders Ability to influence change and work in collaborative partnerships Other desirable criteria include: Completion of a Masters Degree Psychology (Organisational/Occupational or Clinical) Being an accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor AHPRA board approved supervisor would be an advantage Experience in Organisational Development and broader mental health interventions Experience in Psychometric profiling, coaching, and leadership development Interest/Experience with Psychosocial Risk Assessment.
