Salary – $110,266 - $122,058 plus super and leave loading
* A talent pool will be created for future ongoing and temporary roles and is valid for a period of up to 18 months.
Roles in the Allocations or Business Support Teams
There are a number of Project Officer roles across the Allocations and Business Support Teams, that support the District in one or multiple of the following areas:
* Coordinating the delivery of DCJ Workforce Safety & Wellbeing (WSW) programs.
* Workforce planning & forecasting, recruitment management and establishment management.
* Budget support and data analysis
* Fleet management
* Accommodation
* Manage workflow of all correspondence into and out of the district and provides information to a variety of areas including the Executive District Director, Deputy Secretary’s, the Secretary and the Minister’s Office.
* Review and provide feedback on critical incident advice, financial briefing notes, NSW Ombudsman and Ministerial requests.
* Draft district communication including emails and newsletters
* Assist with the coordination of district special events
What You’ll Do
As part of the Allocations and Business Support Teams, you will provide a range of project management and support services.
You Will
* Prepare reports, briefs and coordinate resources
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
* Guide and support district staff to achieve outcomes via support and mentoring
* Be confident in drafting materials to be distributed across the district
* Have excellent skills in written communication, preparing and reviewing ministerial correspondence
* Have a demonstrated ability to analyse and critique documentation and information from a variety of sources
* Have a basic knowledge of machinery of government and procedures and systems required for the management of ministerial correspondence, briefings and parliamentary material
* Have a sound working knowledge of ChildStory
* Have advanced skills in using Microsoft office including Outlook, Word and Excel, Miniapp and One TRIM
