About the Role
As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall success and profitability of the store. Skills and Experience
* Previous retail management experience, large format advantageous
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
* Experience with achieving sales targets and driving business growth
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities to manage priorities
* Ability to work in a busy retail environment
* Experience working with large stock volumes
