This on-site role is ideal for those at the early stages of their OHS career or experienced professionals looking to balance work and family life. Everyday this role will see you:Act as an advisor on OHS matters, whilst having regard to relevant legal frameworks, policies, procedures in a proactive manner. Ensure that adequate systems and controls are in place to ensure compliance with relevant workplace health and safety legislation.Maintain relevant policies, procedures, systems, information and training programs to support and communicate effective OHS practices across the business.Management of safety incidents in line with Australian Standards. This will include a strong focus on ensuring the appropriate corrective actions are identified and implemented in a timely manner. The production of relevant, accurate and timely reports for safety related decision making. Facilitate safety related education and training programs. Development of Safety KPI's for applicable employees.
