We collaborate with charities, private organisations, and the Government to benefit local communities.We have an opportunity for a highly accountable Maintenance Manager to support the recently completed network of assets. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be hands-on involved in planned and reactive maintenance activities across the entire network in the Southeast of Victoria. Our Head Office is located at Oakleigh with Depots and assets strategically located from South Melbourne to Traralgon.About the role: Regular site visits conducting inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of machinery and devices, including RVMs, conveyors, and Kiosks.Put health & safety best practices first in all work carried out.Regular coaching and upskilling Depot Managers to provide troubleshooting support.React quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected teams, and work efficiently to fix the issue while minimising downtime.Maintain a replacement stock of spare parts and accessories.Replace worn-out or defective parts and components as part of routine maintenance activities. Lubricate moving parts, calibrate systems, and perform necessary adjustments to prevent breakdowns.Support continuous improvement by learning from breakdowns and sending feedback and suggestions for improvements to our Operations team.Provide high levels of equipment availability to our internal customers and support and learn from our Engineering & operations team.Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.About you: Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager & Field Technician or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment that encourages new and innovative ideas.Technical certifications or TAFE training in equipment maintenance would be highly desirable.What we offer you: Attractive salary + Ute or Car Allowance.Discounts at over 500 retailers.Join a growing national business in renewables.Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Multiple career paths and advancement opportunities.Join a close-knit team that encourages you to bring new innovative ideas to the table.Novated car leasing.The opportunity to work towards our vision of creating a wasteless society.At Re.Group, we celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion.
