Introduction TheParent Pathways program is a government initiative designed to assist eligible parents to plan and prepare for employment by the time their children go to school. It operates in all non-remote areas of Australia. This important role works with disadvantaged parents to assist them in preparing for their return to the workforce. Mentor Parent Pathways, work with parents to assist them in setting education and employment goals.
