Let's make a meaningful difference, together.Your part in our BlueCare teamIn the role of our Residential Services Manager, you will work with your front line team to provide outstanding care to our residents, promoting a culture of values-based, person-centered care.Through your knowledge, you will promote a high standard of quality and compliance, ensuring your facility meets all regulatory requirements through best practice clinical care and audit activities. You will ensure strong financial sustainability by driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance, hospitality and lifestyle programs.Working closely with your senior clinicians, you will lead a team of nurses, personal carers and support staff, ensuring their ongoing performance by providing coaching and direction to enable their success.What makes a difference for you?
