We are seeking professionals with a broad range of skills for various roles within our ICT teams.
Roles in this area require expertise across various technical domains, including systems administration and virtualization, client services and support (L1-L3), enterprise messaging and collaboration (M365), and cloud engineering in both Azure and AWS environments.
Additionally, skills in Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, Git, ARM), unified collaboration tools (voice, video), network virtualization, gateways, proxies, and cyber security (GRC functions).

The TeamsIn the Digital and Data Division our focus is on designing, delivering, managing and protecting technology solutions and services that underpin ONI's day-to-day operations, as well as broader NIC initiatives.
We also develop solutions for accessing and analysing information and data that contributes to assessments and business intelligence for decision making customers.
We are responsible for providing ONI with stable, reliable, secure, and scalable hybrid cloud environments.

We are also focused on improving ONI's cyber security across the Essential 8.
There are several Technologist and Systems Administrator roles (APS6 and EL1), and Client Services and Support (APS5 and APS6) roles available, supporting and delivering ICT Infrastructure and Services.
