Your Role: To provide Account Management Services to allocated Global Accounts from the Multinational Portfolio (this includes Captive Programmes) and manage the end to end process in accordance with the Global Services Department Guidelines on some Global Accounts. To work with the Team Leader to ensure that all administrative activities in connection with global programmes are carried out in time and to a high level of quality, and where required prepare timely processing instructions to the Multinational Processing Service Unit, Credit Control, Reinsurance and local offices; so that premiums can be debited and policies issued promptly, ensuring accurate policy records are maintained on Chubb systems. The role also involves working closely with Credit Control, Multinational Processing Service Unit and other Chubb departments to ensure resolution of accounting and processing problems, to ensure that Chubb’s Service Standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of Global Programmes. You will also work closely with Global Client Executive’s and Underwriters to deliver agreed client service standards. You will build strong relationships with Clients, their brokers and become the focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts, and to attend client/broker meetings and support Chubb’s business development activities, including presenting and demonstrating our global capabilities. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Your Responsibilities: • Support the Team Leader in account handling activities • Supporting Chubb’s business development and client relationship activities. • Account handling and supporting Global Client Executive’s and Underwriters on relevant account/activities. • Ensuring renewal terms are obtained from Controlling Underwriters and information passed to and agreed with the local Client/Broker as necessary. • Communicating building relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices and other external parties. • To work within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards. • Assist where required with ongoing Projects that are identified throughout a given year for better improvement to the Global Services Department • Incidental work that may be required to be completed that may be outside the scope to day to day work requirements. Qualifications • 3 to 5 years prior insurance and reinsurance industry knowledge across all commercial lines. • Proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook to intermediate level of understanding • Ability to interpret information and strong problem-solving skills • Presentation & Training and Skills – Internal/External • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to be capable of dealing with all levels of Chubb personnel, Chubb Clients and/or Brokers.
