The focus of this role is prospect management, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion.What you’ll have and do to succeedBuild, maintain and apply a high level of knowledge on ActivePipe’s productsA hunter and farmer mindset: Identify, qualify and close new and upsell business opportunitiesCold calling - outbound calls to potential customersSchedule demos to present ActivePipe to prospective customersUse your consulting and presenting skills to demonstrate tailored product solutions based on individual customer needsUse your ability to consult and build relationships to manage multiple decision makers throughout the sales cycleBuild and maintain business relationships with new and potential customersCreate and maintain a database of prospective clients, which is managed through our CRM SalesforceCollaborate with colleagues in other departments to ensure customers are delighted throughout the entire customer experienceCollaborate with the ANZ Sales Manager on sales goals, planning and forecasting operating rhythmsMaintain short-term and long-term business development plansBe an ambassador for ActivePipe - always representing our brand, mission and valuesA growth mindset and positive approach to everything you doBe a team playerExperience in the following areas2 years SaaS sales experience is highly preferredMaking outbound cold callsManaging CRM hygieneProviding both remote and in-person product demonstrationsPublic SpeakingFamiliarity with revenue forecastingKnowledge of the Real Estate industry and/or mortgage broker industry is favourable.Skills and AbilitiesExcellent sales skills including high level ability to effectively articulate sales value proposition to customersExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to influence and persuadeStrong organisation and planning skillsAptitude for technologyAbility to meet and exceed sales targetsAbility to work independently within a teamExemplary customer service skills with a customer-centric mindsetHigh level of enthusiasm and motivation with a positive attitude and growth mindsetProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in Business Development or an Account Executive positionWhat we can offer youCompetitive salary with an OTE of $200k+ per annumAwesome co-workersA hybrid/remote work environment - 2-3 days per week in our dog-friendly Cremorne based officeOur people are our priority.
