Change Manager - HCM ImplementationThis is a critical role within an international professional services organisation, working on a HCM enterprise-wide system implementation.The organisation has a mature Group Transformation Office with a team of dynamic change professionals. The Change Manager will oversee the organisation's implementation of a new HCM system, working closely with leadership and stakeholders to support the effective delivery of business goals.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Change Management: Lead the full lifecycle of change management for a high-impact HR systems implementation, ensuring smooth adoption and integration across the organisation.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align on a unified approach, fostering a culture of one process, one way of working.
