We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.Main responsibilities:Develop and Implement effective sales strategies, promotional activities, and continuously improve selling capabilities to establish a market leading productReview customer engagement metrics to optimise communication channels ensuring regular engagement with target customers through face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, and participation in industry events.Collaborate with influential opinion leaders (KOLs) aligned with our product portfolio strategy to Cultivate sustainable business relationships based on customer preferences and needs.Maximise sales call quality by utilising approved sales support materials, clinical papers, and other relevant resources. This involves presenting information effectively, tailoring it to customer needs, and staying informed about key competitor products and clinical developments.Ensure that all sales calls align with the established Sanofi selling model. This includes following best practices, communication techniques, and strategies during customer interactions.Meet administration, communication, reporting, and personal presentation standards. Maintain a high level of product, disease state, technical, and industry knowledge through ongoing study and training. Regularly maintain CRM data according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines. Comply with company SOPs, Medicines Australia Code of Conduct, and ACCC requirements whilst prioritising health, safety, and compliance in the workplace.About you3 -5 years’ experience in a Specialist Representative, Hospital Sales Representative position or similarExperience working in the dermatology or immunology area or with biologic medicinesTertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, Science, Nursing, Business, Marketing or Education.Proven track record of surpassing sales targets in competitive marketsAbility to communicate complex scientific information effectivelyHighly driven to succeed, not only by revenue but also by customer satisfaction and positive patient treatment outcomes.You thrive in the team environment consistently demonstrating outstanding collaboration, contributing significantly to the success of the teamHold a current Australian driver’s licence.Why choose us?Whilst we work hard and aim to lead the market, we also value our people.
