We have 2 permanent full-time opportunities for motivated and experienced Transmission Line Project Managers to join RSGx, a leader in delivering transformational projects driving Australia's renewable energy transition. Play a vital role in nation-building projects that provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage solutions for future generations.
Based in Western Australia, you will lead and oversee the efficient construction and delivery of high-voltage transmission line projects, ensuring alignment with RSGx's commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-quality infrastructure solutions that meet policy, procedural, and legislative requirements.
A minimum of 8 years' experience in the delivery of large remote 220kv - 320kv transmission line projects and/or relevant tertiary qualifications Extensive knowledge of >220kv transmission line construction methodologies, safety protocols, and industry standards Ability to read and understand technical electrical drawings and translate to project requirements Experienced with stringing, helicopter stringing, and pole erection for transmission line projects Demonstrable experience in construction, risk, OHS, quality, and environmental management. Good communication skills with the ability to engage with key stakeholders up and downstream. Planning, executing, and finalising projects for delivery to our clients. Managing the project teams to accurately and timely deliver projects according to schedule, budget, and scope. Overseeing the quality control throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring we meet the project's objectives and deliverables Focusing on acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members, ensuring that our clients' needs are delivered in a safe, timely, and efficient manner whilst ensuring a safe and effective operation of the project through sound communication, promotion of Safety and Quality Assurance, technical assistance, and sound business practices such as commercial, compliance, procurement, human resources, and financials.
