Job Responsibilities: Manually scanning documents along with opening and dating mail. Ensure timely and accurate processing of assigned tasks, meeting agreed-upon service standards. Maintain accurate management of both physical and electronic records. Perform general clerical duties, including scanning, sorting and filing correspondence. Skills & Experience: Promote integrity by adhering to ethical standards, laws and organisational policies. Good written and verbal communication skills. Take ownership of actions, adhere to delegated authority, align with team goals, prioritise safety, escalate issues and comply with record-keeping requirements. Demonstrate competence in using technology for the role and adhere to policies governing records, communication, document control and cybersecurity measures.
