* Exceptional financial leadership experience in strategic financial management, preferably within the healthcare sector or other complex service-driven organisations
* Strong track record in managing complex budgets, optimising revenue streams, and implementing effective financial governance
* Expertise in financial performance analysis, risk management, and compliance frameworks
* Deep understanding of government health funding models and activity-based funding highly regarded
