The role: Handle inbound customer inquiries addressing questions and resolving issues effectivel Resolve customer queries swiftly, or escalating to specialists where needed to maintain seamless service. Proactively address customer needs and promote retention by delivering clear, timely solutions that align with our service standards. Accurately log all call data in the system in real-time, capturing detailed notes and incident records to support client-specific insights.
