As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate Customer Assistants and Assistant Store Manager, ensuring that our customers have a fun and engaging shopping experience, and helping to drive the growth of our business.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service
2. Overseeing the day-to-day operational needs of the store, including visual merchandising and inventory management
3. Building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
4. Driving sales and implementing goals for you and your team to meet KPI targets
To shine in this role, you'll need to be a natural leader able to inspire and motivate your team to achieve excellence. You should have a proven track record in retail management, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.
