This role involves creating engaging, accurate, and compliant content for web, email, and print to support future students throughout their decision-making journey.The Information and Conversion Specialist will develop and manage content for courses and services across multiple channels, collaborate with recruitment teams to plan and execute conversion campaigns, and build subject matter expertise in offerings to train staff. This position will attend recruitment events to provide information and engage with prospective students and ensure content quality and compliance.The role is based at Wollongong campus. Travel to the Liverpool Campus will be required from time to time.About You:Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating high-quality written content across multiple channels and an understanding of the student recruitment process and decision-making factors. You will need strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, along with leadership experience to manage staff and meet objectives.
