We provide on-base clinical and support staff at over 45 locations, ensuring ADF personnel receive quality on-site medical care to maintain peak operational readiness. About Robertson Health Centre Located on Robertson Barracks in Holtze, just 15km east of Darwin, Robertson Health Centre serves the 1st Brigade & 1st Aviation Regiment. This state-of-the-art facility provides primary and aviation medical care, nursing, pharmaceutical services, dental care, physiotherapy, and mental health support. With a routine dependency of approximately 2800 members, the centre also accommodates an additional 2500 US Marines every six months from May to September. Our 22-bed low dependency ward operates 24/7, while outpatient services run during standard hours: 07:30 – 15:30, Monday – Friday. Serco is a place for you As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care to your patients. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining individualized patient care plans Collaborating with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient management Assessing patient needs and providing both outpatient and inpatient treatments What you’ll need to be successful: A commitment to the highest levels of integrity and ethical behaviour Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Minimum of 12 months Post Graduate experience in the last 5 years in an acute care, primary health care, or military setting (or part-time equivalent) Demonstrated participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in accordance with AHPRA requirements Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification Additional Requirements: Australian Citizenship is required to obtain the necessary Baseline Security Clearance for this role You do not need to be enlisted in the Defence Force—your job remains on-base, even if the Defence personnel you care for are deployed If you would like to learn more before applying, please contact Sarah via sarah.bonzerserco-ap.com for a confidential chat.
