The Digital Workplace Lead role will manage a small team of Digital Workplace staff in the development of Microsoft collaboration and automation technology solutions to enhance productivity, communication, and collaboration within the workplace. Learn more here About you To be successful in this role you will have: 4+ years of development experience with Power Apps (Model Driven Apps + Canvas Apps), Power Automate 4+ years of experience as SharePoint administrator and Microsoft Teams administrator or equivalent experience Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AD, and Azure logic apps and Exchange ecosystem Proficiency in creating PowerShell scripts Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform best practices, solution architecture principles, security, and data management using SQL and Microsoft Dataverse Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies, technical and business concepts to multiple audiences Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, coach, and lead a technical team.
