Role Overview
We are seeking a mature professional to lead our national events program, driving member engagement through innovative event experiences while managing stakeholder relationships and concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage annual events calendar, including National Building Design Awards and CPD events
* Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning to evaluation
* Implement digital marketing campaigns to boost event participation
* Build and maintain supplier and stakeholder relationships
* Manage CRM database and reporting
* Control event budgets and ROI tracking
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven national events management experience
* Digital marketing capability
* Strong interpersonal skills
* B2B sector experience
* Virtual event platform knowledge
* Experience in peak body or industry association
