We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Education and Training Officer to join the team in Bundaberg. This role involves handling direct referrals for the SEE (Skills for Education and Employment) program, liaising with providers and potential students, and supporting SEE students in Bundaberg and Hervey Bay. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and compliance skills, excellent time management, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities: Handle direct referrals for the SEE program, working with Workforce Australia and liaising with providers via email and phone.Provide support to SEE students in Bundaberg and Hervey Bay, ensuring they feel welcome and supported.Work closely with the Education team to schedule appointments with students as they commence their courses.Perform data entry, filing, cross-checking details, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.Send follow-up communications to clients and customers, ensuring a welcoming environment.Prepare month-end reports detailing attendance and other relevant data, and provide reports to DES (Disability Employment Services) and Workforce Australia.Ensure enrolment paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to the claims team.Meet and greet potential clients and stakeholders, explaining program benefits and building relationships.Assist with student and external business partner events, including setup, decoration, and other fun tasks.Requirements: Strong administrative and compliance skills with an eye for detail.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Tech-savvy with the ability to provide basic computer support.Understanding of privacy regulations in the workplace.Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with students and stakeholders.Willingness to participate in event planning and execution.Applicants must have the ability to complete a Police Check, have the ability to hold a Working with Children's Card, and have a current Driver's Licence.
