We are seeking dedicated and reliable Bus Drivers/Operators to join our team and help us achieve our vision.About you Are you passionate about driving, providing a high quality of customer service and working within a business that is moving and working towards zero emissions sustainability?You'll enjoy the rewarding nature of the day-to-day interactions with passengers from all walks of life and servicing the communities of beautiful Tasmania. To ensure your confidence behind the wheel, we'll provide a 6-week paid training program. You'll also get to enjoy 8 weeks of annual leave!To be successful you will need:A good driving history, with the capacity to learn to safely and reliably drive a heavy passenger vehicle. Full training provided.Complete a National Police Check from Tasmania Police.Hold (or can obtain) a working with vulnerable people (WWVP) card.Have held a current, full Australian Driver's Licence for at least 2 years.Have full working rights in Australia.Pass a pre-employment physical assessment, including a Drug and Alcohol test.Obtain a Public Passenger Vehicle (PPV) licence.About the working experience At Metro we value our people.
