About us:
Harvest Road Group is a family-owned, West Australian, integrated Cattle, Beef and Aquaculture business. Our diverse operations span the entire state, from the majestic Kimberley region in the north down to the scenic beauty of Albany in the south, partnering with over 1,400 small businesses to deliver Western Australia’s quality produce to our customers across Australia and around the world through our lead brands Harvey Beef and Leeuwin Coast.
The Stations:
Our extensive operations span six iconic stations, each with its own unique history, character and geography, across 2.7 million hectares of remote, pristine North-Western Australia.
Opportunities:
We are looking to fill a range of full-time positions across our Stations, including:
* Station Cooks
* Station Managers
* Station Hands
* Governess
* Bore Runners
* Head Stockpeople
* Machinery Operators
**Please note these are permanent positions, those on short term/working holiday visas will not be considered.**
*Dogs are not permitted on our stations*
About you:
We are looking for team members who will:
* always demonstrate commitment to safe working practices and animal welfare.
* be motivated and hard-working, willing to be part of the Harvest Road culture.
* have a strong work ethic and enjoy being part of a close-knit and passionate team.
* have experience with cattle animal husbandry (desirable).
* adhere to the guidance of the station management staff.
* possess a manual driver’s licence.
* if interested in a Station Hand role, have strong experience handling a horse and/or motor bike.
* have strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
* possess a good level of fitness for physical work.
* have previous experience in a similar role.
* pass a National Police Clearance and pre-employment medical assessment.
