Beata Homecare provides home care services to support the independence of clients from various cultural backgrounds in Melbourne and the Bass Coast Region.We are looking for an individual to join the team as a Client Relations Manager to promote our services and acquire new clients.You will be based at our office in Mount Waverley, Victoria.This is a part-time position, 3-4 days per week (future opportunity for full-time progression).Flexibility for work-from-home arrangement after probation 1 to 2 days a week. Skills/experience required: SalesRelationship building/managementPresentationSocial media management As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for:Liaising and meeting with prospective clients and families to provide information about all aspects of the Home Care Package and NDIS, and Beata Homecare's servicesAssisting prospective clients to navigate the Aged Care referral system and being an advocate for the prospective clients throughout the referral and assessment processLiaising with support coordinators, families and other stakeholders about the services required for prospective NDIS participantsFacilitating the sign-up paperwork for new clients starting services with Beata HomecareUndertaking client assessments and home safety assessmentsRegularly liaising with external stakeholders for referral opportunities Community engagement to promote the aged care and disability industry and Beata Homecare's services through presentations, social media content, and other events. This role will involve travel to prospective clients' homes and community engagement all around Metropolitan Melbourne and the Bass Coast region.
