Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Human Resources professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR management, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* HR Management: Providing guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, including employment law, benefits, and performance management.
* Operational Support: Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the organization, including data entry, record-keeping, and administrative tasks.
* Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* Pay Rate: $74-$84 per hour (pay-as-you-go).
* Superannuation: Eligible for superannuation contributions.
