If you're driven by innovation, excellence, and a desire to make a significant impact in the cybersecurity world, then we are your destination.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team in managing leads, tracking deals, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to closing. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing the sales pipeline, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.As a Sales Support Specialist, your main responsibility is to assist the account management team in responding and managing new leads, tracking deals through the sales pipeline, updating every deal with its current status, ensuring our documented sales processes are followed and actioned in time from initial contact to closing of the deal.You will develop a deep understanding of our products and services, the key people in the business, and cybersecurity terminologies. You will also research and understand our customers, their business and pain points that we solve for them and how we can help them be secure and compliant.Responsibilities:Lead Management: Field and respond to incoming leads as well as proactively reach out to new leads via phone, email, or website inquiries to schedule meetings.Sales Pipeline Management: Create and manage deals in the sales pipeline, tracking all stages of the sales lifecycle. This involves maintaining accurate records of meetings and following-up after meetings to provide relevant resources and outline next steps.Client Meetings & Support: Attend meetings with new leads alongside the sales team to provide support and assist with follow-ups.Deal Coordination & Internal Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to manage client requests using HubSpot and ensure smooth handover of information by updating necessary fields when deals are closed.Reporting & Administration: Assist in creating content such as slides and reports on CRM activities.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).You must effectively convey information between the sales team, clients, and internal departments, as well as pay close attention to client feedback to ensure that you can tailor solutions and support the sales team effectively.Managing multiple leads, deals, and client follow-ups requires strong organizational abilities, adaptability, and attention to detail to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks and information is stored accurately to facilitate efficient sales processes.You must be able to keep deals moving smoothly through the pipeline and think on your feet, so the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is essential.Having a proactive, customer-oriented approach helps ensure that client needs are met and fosters positive relationships.Working closely with the sales team, internal departments, and clients requires good teamwork and the ability to collaborate across functions.Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.Experience in a Sales role (well-regarded).This role will amount to $60,000 including super for a graduate working full-time.
