You will provide confidential executive and administrative support to the Office of the Queensland Integrity Commissioner. Your role will involve working collaboratively within a small team and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively through a focused and coordinated approach.
Using your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and professional work ethic, you will support the team and build and maintain effective work relationships with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant. Ideally you will have excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role demands a detail-oriented individual who can handle matters with professionalism and discretion.
