About the RoleAs the National Safety Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping safety strategy, engaging stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement.Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will lead an experienced team across multiple states, ensuring 'best in class' safety practices for both clients and contractors.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will: Influence safety culture across a variety of industries, working closely with clients and contractors.Evaluate, enhance, and implement safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Lead and mentor a national team, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing innovative safety solutions.Be a visible leader, engaging in on-site visits and working directly with clients to promote safety best practices.About YouYou are a proactive and strategic safety leader with the ability to influence, engage, and drive change.
