In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in nurturing strong relationships with our clients and caregivers, ensuring that our services are of the highest quality. You will be an integral part of our Client and Service Excellence team, working to enhance the client experience and lead a team that is committed to compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Client Care and Quality Management: Ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients, aligning with Home Care Standards and our internal Quality Management System (QMS).
* Team Leadership and Development: Lead, support, and mentor a small team of Client Coordinators, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
* Service Excellence: Innovate and implement care processes that meet industry and legal standards, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care.
* Client Relations: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families, responding to their needs with compassion and efficiency.
* Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of your team and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional care.
About You:

* Effective Communicator: You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients, caregivers, and your team effectively.
* Relevant Experience: A minimum Diploma in Community Services, along with experience in client care and team management, is essential.
